Tennis Players-Join us for the 1st Oyster Festival Tennis Tournament Oct 1-3.
Sunset Properties is joining with the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce and the Brunswick County Tennis Association to present a family tennis tournament at the new 8 court complex at Ocean Isle Beach Park, located between Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach. This is a non-sanctioned event, with divisions for both adults and juniors. Get the entry form online; entry deadline is September 25th.
Note: Tournament Participants that stay with Sunset Properties the weekend of Oct 1-3 will get a 5% discount from our already low off-season rates that apply.
Amenity Packages Offered With Selected Vacation Weeks
Some homeowners offer some fun package options for particular weeks in their home. Check out our specials page for some current offerings. You may choose one package from the tier offered (or one below if so desired). So, if a homeowner offers a Tier Two special, you may choose one of the two Tier 2 offerings, or one of the three Tier 1 selections.
Choices include:
Tier One Choices
1. The Premium Golfer Package provides a “locals only” discount at popular golf courses, restaurants, and shops along the Grand Strand. You will get a golf discount card (good for 4 golfers) that you can use on vacation.
2. The Kicking Back Package from Rest a Shore Beach Gear features a gas grill, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach wagon for your stay.
3. The Deep Sea Fishing Package from the Hurricane Fleet of Calabash. Guests will get a 1/2 day deep sea fishing trip for 4.
Tier Two Choices
1.The Taste of the Town Package includes two $100 gift
certificates, one for the Isles Restaurant in Ocean Isle Beach
and one for The Parson’s Table in Little River, and a $50
gift certificate for the Calabash Creamery in Calabash. This will give you a chance to sample some of the area's best during your stay!
2. The Family Portrait Package from professional photographer Logan Wallace of Logan
Wallace Photography. This includes a photo session with a free 11”X14” family portrait. Note: prior appointments are required for this package before your vacation stay.
Tier Three Choices
1.The Surf Plus Package provides guests with two kayaks and surf boards from Surf Unlimited, along with a 30 minute surfing lesson for two during the week. (Please note: surfing and kayaking areas are limited along the oceanfront on both beaches to avoid fishing at the piers).
2. The No Worries Package features beach equipment plus a linen package. You will get 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach wagon, and full linen and set-up for the rental house.
